Dispatch :
All products are dispatched within 2 business days after we receive an order. In case of any customization of a product, it may take more than 2 days depending on the custom work requested. In such cases, customers will be informed about the dispatch duration.
Shipping :
Shipping of products may vary from 2 to 15 business days depending on the pin code of the shipping address. Due to covid restrictions, courier partners may take longer than usual to deliver the products as still in many states courier services are working with lower capacity than pre-covid days.
All the products like Guitars, Keyboards, Violin, Microphones, etc. will be checked before we send them to our customers. The products which are required to be sold as sealed will not be opened for any kind of inspection.
We make sure that the product leaves our warehouse with extra protective packaging to avoid in-transit damage. In an unlikely event of in-transit damage or ‘lost package’, we ensure that we process the re-shipment right away. The process generally takes longer as it involves processing a claim with our shipping partner and then re-shipment is processed.
In case of an urgent need for any product, the customer is requested to contact us within 24 hours of placing the order, so that we can try to send the product through a faster medium with some nominal charges.
We have divided the products into 3 shipping classes – small, medium and large.
The shipping fee for small products is Rs 100 /- , for the medium category it is Rs 200/- and for large it is Rs 300/-. We are also offering a FREE Shipping on orders above Rs 3000/- .
Shipping is only available for selected pin codes as many of our products are Volumetric in size and courier partners are serviceable in only specific pin codes.
During checkout, customers will be able to see the shipping fee according to the pin code selected.
To ensure that we can ship the products outside those selected pin codes, we will charge an extra amount for shipping those products to the customers.
Products that come under EXTRA LARGE category will take more time than usual. It may go up to 25 business days after shipment is processed to the courier partner.
