Noise Factory a music instruments retail store since 2011. I believe its the team that makes a company and not only the founder. Every team member need to play a different primary role in the company. Only when they fulfill their parts we may have a successful company.
So , i would like to introduce you all to the team of Noise Factory. One of our oldest team member is Kiran. She is the lady behind service you get at Noise Factory. With the understanding of guitar servicing she has always been a supportive salesperson we needed.
Then we have Kanchan , she takes care of the instruments like cleaning and keeping them in order. It might sound an easy job but trust me , keeping so many instruments clean and in order is not an easy task.
Jayant takes care of logistics and packing of our instruments, from the moment instruments arrive in our warehouse jayant is the one who does the quality check all of them and keep the inventory. He is also the one who packs them up and say the final good bye to our instruments when they are being shipping our customers.
Shilpa one of the youngest among us and also the newest. she is learning a lot faster then expected. While being a good salesperson she is also helping kiran and kanchan in the time of need. She is also the one with new ideas and creative ways of organizing instruments in our store.
